This review is real. I'm someone who hardly ever commits to a 5-star review but with Nick, it was a no brainer.If you're looking for a hard-working and dedicated realtor, someone who is going to be looking out for you with every possible challenge, if you want someone who is going to treat you like a friend and who will respect you throughout the entire process, Nick is your guy. This review won't do this man justice. Yes, he has a job to do and yes he does get paid to help you but it doesn't feel like it. I can't tell you how valuable Nick is to the home selling or buying process. He has all of the information you want and never knew you wanted. Your comfort in the process is his goal. He obviously succeeds when you succeed, but Nick genuinely cares about your satisfaction from start to finish. He has been doing this long enough that nothing will surprise him.Full-service assistance, that you don't pay extra for, is so helpful in this process and I have witnessed other realtors who refuse to do that. Listen, I know the market is all over the place. It's a tough time to buy or sell a home. Do yourself a favor and call Nick and let him walk you through the process. You will quickly understand what I'm talking about when it comes to hardworking, loyal and dedicated.

This review is 10 years late but a Facebook memory yesterday prompts it. Nick sold our Edmond home in 2010 in a very slow market. We had it listed with another realtor for a year and then switched to Nick. He had a positive attitude. Made great suggestions about some improvements to make and steered us away from a couple others, explaining why he felt our money could be better spent elsewhere. We were under contract in 10 weeks and the rest of the way smoothly.

Nick helped us in our move from another state. We had limited knowledge of the area of Edmond/OKC and he was extremely helpful and patient in our house hunt. He provided excellent guidance and was not at all pushy throughout the search. Once we decided on a house he was also very helpful during the negotiations, through the close and even after the close. The day after close he even brought lunch for me and my two young children which was extremely appreciated!
