    Tuscany Villa is an appealing neighborhood near the hustle and bustle of Edmond commerce, but secluded away as a quiet community located south of 2nd St (178th) between Bryant and Coltrane. To access Tuscany Villa, you go south on Vista Avenue by Davison's nursery. Tuscany Villa has some nice amenities at this price point in Edmond with a neighborhood pool, playground area, full size basketball court, and provides a short trail leading to the beautiful Hafer Park. Homes for sale range in size from 1700-2700 square feet and prices between $200,000-$350,000. A new phase of Tuscany Villa provides many lots available to custom build a home with about 140 homes and lots in total. The first homes in phase one of Tuscany Villa were built in 2004 with new construction in progress now in 2018. In the Edmond Public School System; Will Rogers Elementary, Central Middle School, and Memorial High School.

    Edmond's Best Kept Secret
    We say our neighborhood is Edmond's "Best Kept Secret" because our neighborhood is a great place to live, but a lot of people still don't know it is there. It's not gated, but feels really private. The neighborhood is hidden off Vista Avenue behind Davison's nursery. We are a small neighborhood with homes built from 2005 to the present between 1700-2500 square feet. Our neighborhood has a pool, basketball court, and playground. We also have a short trail that leads to Hafer Park. The kids go to Will Rogers Elementary, Central, and then Edmond Memorial. Also the private school, OCS, is just down the street. We love that we are close to I-35 and all the shopping and restaurants on the east side of town.
